Dr. Kuo-Chuan Liu (Vice Minister of Veterans Affairs Commission, Executive Yuan, ROC), 1977 M.S. alumnus of Institute of Applied Mathematics (Statistics division) and Dr. Ying-Lang Wang (TSMC Director of Fab14), 1988 Physics Department alumnus are elected as the 9th CoS Outstanding Alumni. The CoS Outstanding Alumni Ceremony will be held on April 25, 2010 (NTHU 99th Anniversary) at College of Science and will give inviting speeches.
